All employees must ensure that any data handling, storage, and transmission comply with applicable Data Protection regulations at an assigned project.

3.2 Industry-Specific Regulations

Understanding and compliance with industry-specific laws (e.g., health, mining, finance) that affect the data we collect and manage.

3.3 Intellectual Property

Respect for intellectual property rights, including the prohibition of unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of software, trademarks, or confidential information.

3.6 Contracts & Materials

All contracts given to Tech Bridge Liberia -TBL must be fully handled by the company without third-party intervention unless approved. Materials and tools needed for contracts should not be purchased without approval from our technicians. Tech Bridge Liberia -TBL is not responsible for damage to unapproved-purchased materials.

5.3 Communication

Regular communication with supervisors and team members is required. Employees should be reachable during standard work hours.

5.4 Confidentiality

The same standards of confidentiality apply when working remotely as they do when on company premises.

Violations of company policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
